G.H. Tool is a leading designer and manufacturer of premium quality die cast tooling. We design and build dies for casting machines with locking force from 350 tons up to 4000 tons. We specialize in tools for high volume, long lifecycle programs for a wide variety of part families. These parts are used by manufacturers in the lawn & garden, aerospace, energy, and automobile industries. Some of the more common part families include gear cases, transmission cases and covers, valve bodies and channel plates, converter housings, engine blocks, head covers, cam carriers, oil pans, timing chain covers, and other engine accessories such as alternators, starters and brackets.

We also supply superior
quality large tools for production of high integrity structural castings used in automotive chassis and sub-structures.
We have the tools and expertise to thoroughly address forces and processes acting on these large dies. Processes are simulated
using our Magma software, and stress and deflection is predicted using FEA tools from our design software. Our objective is to
supply a tool that will provide exceptional reliability in the field as well as achieve maximum die life.
G.H. Tool has a full service engineering department for die cast part development and die design. We can provide casting development
including part models, gating systems, flow simulations, thermal analysis and control. Our designs are well known in the industry for
being easy to maintain and designed for manufacturability and serviceability with a focus on replacement components that fit in place
without additional work. Our customers place a high value on this capability because GHTM dies spend more time in the machine making
castings instead of in the tool room being serviced.
We specialize in machining of die mold components, aerospace tooling, jig fixtures, and composite molds, as well as the manufacture of casting die and trim dies for our die casting customers.
