At G.H. Tool & Mold, we have full 5- and 6-axis machining capabilities with travels large enough to accommodate almost any part. High-speed machining is a core competency, and we constantly strive to improve our process dynamics as well as our utilization.

Tool selection for any given process is vital; we work closely with our machine tool suppliers to ensure we remain current with the latest developments and trends in the high speed machining industry.

To meet our customer's needs, we employ and extensive staff of experienced and talented CNC programmers and CNC specialists working three shifts for maximum machine utilization. In addition, we have developed a series of "Best Practices" that have resulted in measurably shorter lead times, and a more cost effective manufacturing operation.
