TOTAL QUALITY

A key element of our Quality Assurance program is our emphasis on dimensional certification. It begins when our Engineering department identifies features which are dimensionally or functionally significant at the onset of a project. These features are flagged as "critical characteristics"

These critical characteristics are discussed during the design review and considered when determining our manufacturing process. All personnel are aware of the critical dimensions throughout production and perform the appropriate in-process checks as components enter and exit each work center.

As a final verification, our QA department generates documentation showing the critical characteristic targets and the actual results.
